Amazing customer service. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and great location. My son left his tablet in the room at check out. Two hours later we came back and they had it waiting for us! Honest and friendly on top of courteous. Can't say how much we appreciated that! "It's like Christmas all over again!" Was my son's reaction when it was actually still there. Thank you Renaissance!
Staying here with my husband until Sunday.. First time in Boston..fabulous hotel..spotless..modern ...great view and the Room is very spacious ....love it!! 5 stars
