Our flight landed in Boston at 11pm Labor Day weekend, amd we discovered that the car rental company didn't have any cars left. No problem . . . we cabbed it over to our Boston Rennaissance Hotel, only to find out they'd given our (prepaid) room away. They put us up in another hotel, then when we came back the next day, they comped our valet and upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Overall, we were happy with our experience there. And it was also an added perk to be just a half-block away from No Name's seafood restaurant!
