Amazing location close to everything
Walking distance ( 4 mins walk ) to “No name” restaurant. Try the seafood chowder. 😁
Be aware, they charge your credit card TWICE (near U$ 1.000) for "incidentals" and later they didn't release it and after you claim they didn't find the transaction so the bank also can't do nothing since it's just a hold. If the hotel doesn't assume responsability to keep our credit card secure, at least they doesn't have to obligate customer to give their credit card. About the experience in the hotel? Who cares if you have this type of experience.
Didn't know comfortable rollaway beds existed until I stayed here.
It was fabulous. Reservations under Hopwood not my name. But oh so so wonderful. So nice. So gorgeous. Amazing dinner. Fantastic location. I wish I could go there every weekend. Wow. Just wow. So so happy.

Great experience at this hotel. Right from check in, when Marie at the front desk confirmed our room type and discovered we were not getting a king room, she corrected it immediately. We upgraded to a water view so boy were we happy! Beautiful view of the harbor. We were also surprised to find champagne and cookies sent up to us that evening by Marie after she learned it was my husband's birthday. Excellent customer service and staff! We stayed two nights. Very nice hotel ideally located within walking distance to several attractions. Enjoyed the delicious seafood dished out at the Saphore restaurant. Friendly staff and special shout out to Marie at the front desk and Joyce from the Concierge Desk who took the time to share with us what to see and do during our short but very enjoyable stay.
