Michael was excellent! He brought blankets and ties and a sack barrow. He was very professional and hard working and knew how to take my sofa apart so it fit through the door - I was very grateful. The move went very smoothly. Thank you so much! Cassie

Unprofessional company. Lots of damage done to our items & no invoice given even though we agreed on this prior. They also tried to add on extra charges that were not in our initial agreement. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worse removal company. They gave me a fixed quote on booking, on the day of the move, once the truck was fully loaded, they wanted £200 extra or, as per their words “we are going to unload everything and leave it here downstairs”. They have damaged the new house in multiple places while taking the items inside. I spoke to Sam about it and he said it is normal to expect the house to be damaged while taking items inside - I moved so many times in my life and no other houses ever got damaged by the removal company!
