Really happy with my new flooring! The sales staff were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. They made it easy to choose the right flooring for my home and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Excellent service and a fantastic result, highly recommend!
Hi everyone, I can not encourage you to use this firm , they charged me for the product which they did not stock , they told us after 3 days they don’t have the product but they charged us , then it takes 7 days to have the payment refunded, , it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful policy , shame on them
They took my money, didn't send my ordered and still haven't provided a refund. Scammers Ordered an entrance matt on the 5th of the month. Phoned up several times to chase when it will be arriving no one could tell me. Requested to cancel the order and received email confirmation that the ordered had been cancelled. It's now the end of the month it's been 25 days I've had no entrance matt arrive and still no refund. Whenever I ring up no one in accounts is available. Absolute diabolical service. Avoid this company!!!
I was completely gobsmacked at how quick the delivery was. I placed a large flooring order late one evening, the very next day it was dispatched and delivered by 10.30am. The delivery driver was polite, courteous and local to the area. The products arrived in excellent condition. Really impressed with the whole service.
I’m in a wheelchair and as such I need help to chose the right carpet one that can deal with the problems of full time use of the w’chair. Everyone at this company was very knowledgeable about my problem and on their products, knowing exactly what I needed. Such a refreshing change from the three other companies I had tried before.
