Ms. Ess-Young was so very patient, diligent, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and organized. She understood my budget and living requirements, helping me from day one to closure of what ended up being a five-month search. I tend not to be a negotiator, and often said, “Give them full price.” However, Ms. Ess-Young’s expertise and negotiation skills helped me close on a wonderful home at a great price in a great neighborhood. I can highly recommend Tanya to all buyers and sellers.

I couldn't have asked for a better lady than Tanya! She was very respectful and honest with me the moment I met her. I moved from Florida to Georgia in a very quick move. I have never been to this part of Georgia before and really needed to get to know the area. We used Tanya Ess-Young to sell our home in Paulding Co this summer and she was OUTSTANDING!! Tanya assisted my spouse and I in finding a reasonably priced home in a short amount of time. Our lender (navy federal) dragged would should have been a 45 day max to close into almost a 60 day closing. Cutting it extremely close to the deadline of the move out date for our rental lease. Thanks to due diligence from her assistant Garrett we where able to stay the course and closed 5 days before the end of our lease.

Ours was a very difficult situation...out of state relo, quick timeframe, first home under contract had to back out based on inspection. We are now in our new home. This process came with its own difficulties due to the selling agent. Tanya handled it all in stride and with dignity and professionalism. She is also in the process of working with my mother on her relocation. Great person to work with. Would recommend her to anyone!

Tanya could not have been more helpful with the purchasing process. We were very pleased with her patience with us. Took us a while to buy our first house and she was there every step of the way. even buying us a housewarming present afterwards. She even attended our wedding later that year. She is HIGHLY recommended!
