The first time I met her and explained the kind of home that I want she understood and she was persistence. Above all she was there when I called and advised me wisely on all concerns I had in the process of searching and buying. I cannot write it all but from the bottom of my heart she is the best agent.

We were First time sellers; we chose Tanya because she had sold a home down the street the previous year. When she came over to view the home for the first time, she had done her research (pulled prop tax, home data). From the start she was on top of it! Tanya and her assistant Garrett were awesome, they assisted me in every way until I found a home that I loved...I closed on May 14th and Tanya did everything in her power (including having her plumber fix problems in the home so it could be appraised. Bottom line is you can't go wrong with this dynamic duo. They'll be there to walk you through the entire process until you get your keys at closing.....

Persistent! Tenacious! Mrs. Young got the job done when my wife and I were ready to give up! Very responsive and does what she says she will do. It was not just about "her cut". She really cared that we were satisfied as clients. Thank you Mrs. Young!!!!!!!

I had to fill out a form when I first met her, stating what I was looking for. She said it would take some time. I'd say let's go look at this and she would say, "No, " I'm not going to put you in that area." She pretty much knew about every house I approached her with. She was always in contact with me. Negotion wise, she is a tiger. I don't think it took her 5 minutes. She knows what she is doing, and I got exactly what I wrote down on the form. If I need a realtor again, she will be the first one I call.
