Ms. Ess-Young has a lot of patience. She took me out 2x's a week and at each time we went out she showed me about 3-5 houses. She worked abound my hectic work schedule. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking an agent of integrity, and patience.

I would definitely recommend Tanya Ess-Young as a realtor. She is very experienced in her profession. Hard working and dedicated. She worked above and beyond to sell our house. Tanya always kept us updated and advised us of what we should do to get our house sold. She was always positive and optimistic. She does what's best for her clients. You can tell she loves what she does . I have no problem with recommending her, the best in the business.

Tanya, and her assistance Garrett, where very helpful in our pursuit to buy our very first home. The process went very smoothly, with Tanya holding our hand every step of the way. She was very diligent in making sure we were treated fairly in the negotiations, and was very confident in advice. We do not plan on moving out of our new "forever" home, but, if we ever do need a real estate agent again, we will call Tanya first thing.

I'd lived in my home for 18 years. So, when it came time to sell, I didn't know where to start, what market pricing looked like for my neighborhood, how much I need to really invest in improvements before listing, you name it. Tanya was wonderful. She was honest, efficient and so pleasant to work with. Literally, 30 days from the day I listed my house, I was sitting at a closing table. She and her team are great!

Works very hard for her clients. Her time is your time; she goes the extra mile and will get you the home of your dreams. She was very diligent to make sure that I fully understood the process and procedures in purchasing a HUD home at a very good price. I was so very impressed with her services, she will get any future real estate business transactions that I have and will certainly recommend her to friends and family members.
