I was so thankful to have Tanya holding my hand through the entire home buying process. She is knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. She responded to all of my inquires in a timely manner and quickly handled all matters (large and small). She knows her stuff and is well connected throughout the real estate industry. Tanya's team is on top of everything from start to finish. So professional and responsive. They don't leave anything up to chance, have no problem being in constant communication with the listing agents, and NEVER pass the buck on to someone else who might not be as efficient. Special shout out to Garrett. I didn't get a chance to meet you in person but you are amazing!

Tanya and her assistant Garrett were amazing to work with! There was a lot back and forth with the different down payment assistance programs I tried, and they never stopped being on the ball. They kept me updated constantly, worked well with my loan lender, and made sure the entire homebuying process was smooth. This was my first time buying a home and I would not have wanted to work with anyone else. Thanks so much for all that you did for me, Tanya and Garrett. You all are the best!

Tanya and her team (looking at you Garrett) have been amazing and made the home shopping experience so easy. We managed to move into a house within a month of placing an offer! Her and her team are extremely responsive and catered to any need and question we had. Highly recommend.
