What a shining example of professionalism and industry knowledge. Tanya's method to assist out of town buyers select and close on a home is exceptional. We have worked with Tanya for almost a year now on two different occasions. The first time we unfortunately had an issue and could not continue, however, she was superb at negotiating with my lender for more money than originally approved for.
