Good company until new owners took over everything went down hill due to the lack of experience. Now the company has been closed down

We moved with reliable removals on the 18th December 2018 and put our house contents into storage for nearly 3months prior. You can never get hold of anyone, their customer service is appalling. They promised a removal date and one of the trucks didn’t show up until the next day so we had to take another day off work to accommodate them. They have also managed to lose 2 of our armchairs! My sister was due to move today and Reliable cancelled, by e-mail, about one minute before they were supposed to turn up. To say we were furious doesn’t come anywhere near the situation - having to legally vacate the house with no one to move my sister’s effects!!!! To make matters a hundred times worse no one from management bothered to phone to apologise - in fact, no one called back at all. We were disgusted with the treatment we received and would not recommend Reliable to anyone. No stars.
