David was very patient, and very responsive with my calls and texts. I had a pop-up sink plug stuck in my sink and he patiently walked me through how to get it unstuck, and explained why he thought it got stuck, and what I could do to prevent it being stuck again. He also did not charge any consultation fees, which was very nice of him.
We had a great experience with the radiator installation. The plumber was professional, tidy, and very efficient. He explained everything clearly and balanced the system properly.
Malhi who came and redid our outdoor plumbing was very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. He worked fast and clean and the whole process was seamless. Would definitely have him back if needed!
