Marg repaired a leaking pipe under my sink. They arrived on time, explained the issue, and completed the repair efficiently. The plumber was professional, tidy, and very polite. I appreciated their clear communication and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The only drawback was that the scheduling process took longer than I expected, as they were quite busy. I had to wait a few extra days for the appointment. Excellent job on our heating repair. The engineer came with the right parts and fixed the issue on the first visit. He explained everything clearly and even showed me how the system works in more detail. Professional, polite, and efficient service.

Reliable Plumber was able to replace our broken water heater the next day, as opposed to their competitor who expected us to wait 14 days to have hot water. Their staff was extremely courteous and professional. I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.
