This is our third vehicle purchase through Bobby Mauro at Reliable Motors. Our first purchase was nearly six years ago. I was driving a 1999 Mercury Marquis. After repeatedly having doors slammed in my face, or being told to come up with huge down payments or co-signers or mocked by salesman if I were to look at a particular vehicle which they assumed that I could not afford because of my challenged credit,( this includes the locals who have daily ads guaranteeing financing) it was getting down to the wire and I needed a vehicle.. a nice one... thought that I would be forced to go back to my previous dealership, forced into an ugly plain vehicle with super high interest.. and jus... read more

Exceptional honest customer service. Willing to continue that type of customer service well after the sell has been finalized. I personally went there with many questions about finding a vehicle that was Reliable and would fit into my budget . Like all car salespeople they were trying to sell me a car but they were not like the other ones, they were nice more like family. He told me everything about the car, good and bad. Most others just tell you the good and you have to ask about everything to find the bad. Thanks for my amazing car.
My experience was great. Very nice staff and pretty much straight forward with everything.
They were very friendly and easy to get along with. Their financing and interest rate beat everything else I looked at. I would recommend others to visit their dealership.
