Got a new truck when I wasnâ??t sure I was going to be able to. It had been a long time since I had bought a car and mine was sore shape. I definitely needed a new car. Really liked dealing with everyone at Reliable Motors. A couple of things that maybe wasnâ??t that big of a deal. Was I had to wait a week on the title for the car I bought. And when they did the service on my car, it was a half a quart over full. Other than that LOVE THE CAR! And I believe they want to treat you as good as they can.
Iâ??m thoroughly impressed with Bobby Mauro and this business. We needed to buy a car quickly for our son to replace one totaled in an accident. We found just what we were looking for after we had shopped the Des Moines metro at numerous dealers. Bobby has a great selection and wants his customers to be happy with their purchases. These guys are one of the nicest people you will ever meet at a car dealership. They treat you like they treat their friends. They're very welcoming and open and it doesn't feel like they're trying to sell you a car as much as it feels like they're just trying to give you the best option without all the haggling frustration that you might find from a bigger car dealership. I definitely reccomend checking these guys out if you're in the market for a good used vehicle.
