I tried to get in contact with someone and wanted to come in. I text communicated with a Michael D.with 14 text and he ghost me online when I said I was pre-approved with my bank. I filled out a form online and on cars.com. I already moved on but the General Manager should have a talk to his salesman about just not responding. Have a great day
Had to rescue the car from the dealership body shop. It will be 5 months since the accident happened when I bumped into the curb. It set off the airbags and the parts were not available, GM was on strike... they introduced the new C8 redesign Corvette so that the new dashboard would not work with the C7 Z06. #1stWorldProblems fast forward to last week and the car is ready but during the inspection process they find the a/c actuator for defroster and blower at the feet wasn't working. I made an appointment for an oil change as I had Rewards points to use. I arrived a few minutes before my time and was greeted by a gentleman who said he'd let my service advisor know I was there. (Chris). As I waited, a truck pulled up right in front of the service office and went in and talked to an advisor (which I found out was Chris). He took care of her BEFORE attending to me, even though I had an appointment and arrived a few minutes before her.
