I spent 20 minutes in a competitor’s parking ( Acura) lot without one person coming and saying a word, so I drove down to Reliable and figured I’d get the same treatment. I bet I wasn’t there a minute before Justin came out to greet me. I ended up being so comfortable talking with this guy I ended up telling him my last year of my life’s story. I purchased a key cut from vin yesterday for 60 dollars. it wouldn't even open the door. I called and asked if they could try to fix there key and was told no refund and not their fault and I'd have to use a locksmith. I called harper key. it cost me 175 for them to get into car and fix. afterwards the locksmith said the code was right they just needed to fix key. I'm really let down I had to waste 175 dollars when you guys could have taken just a few minutes to make this right.

I HIGHLY recommend Reliable Chevrolet! Andrew was an amazing salesman. He told us at first he was new, but you would have never known! He was very professional and did everything he could to keep my payments where I needed them. Michael Jordan and Bryon were also amazing. Very smooth transition.
