We had a delightful time with Zach, who, might I say is the best salesman we have ever come across and we've come across a LOT of sales people. He was kind, he was considerate, he knew we wanted that Trax and he made it happen. We decided he looks like Patrick Mahomes and he was pretty funny about that!! We even showed him a picture of Pat when he was with other customers and we all got a good laugh!! Keep him, because he'll make you guys LOTS of money! The service we received was horrible!!! Took over 2 months to get vehicle and before it even came in they backed out of deal stating “we knew you wouldn’t give us 100% customer service”, and instead of making it right with the customer they ended the deal. What a waste of our time!!! We should have listened to everyone who told us not to come here- their reputation was spot on, how disappointing!
On November 7th, I was met by Matthew as I pulled in. He was very pleasant to work with and knew exactly the right vehicle for me. I am so pleased with my 2021 Trailblazer. Thanks again to Matthew, Ryan, and Tyler for their service. It was superb and the quickest I have ever bought a car!
