I was approved for an awesome rate, the sales department made me a great deal on my trade and my new purchase, and I was excited to close the deal. However, my experience with Jamie in the finance department was very unpleasant. He was pushy, degrading and made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I turned down an additional warranty. RecommendedIf you are interested in buying a new Chevy from Reliable, I would recommend asking for salesman Matt Huffman. Matt sold my daughter a new 2020 Equinox. He did a superb job in explaining all the features and how to use them. Very professional and polite. Top notch guy.
George in sales was great! Not a "pushy carsalesman" at all. He showed me anything I wanted to see and even laughed at all of my jokes. 10 outta 10.
