Waited for 1/2 hour after appointment for them to show us a car. Several employees sitting around on their cell phones. I asked the sales manager for assistance and said they would bring vehicle to our house for test drive. We haven’t heard from them.
Jack Spencer was knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. He worked hard to find us just the right car and made sure we were happy. He is the salesman I would ask for if I was going to Reliable. We have purchased several cars with him as our salesman and his service never waivers. He is always ready and able to help when we call.

very satisfied with our overall experience we received today I highly recommend Jack Spencer with any of your vehicle needs he has helped me in my 2011 Chevy Malibu about 7 years ago and today he helped get my grandma into a 2017 Chevy Spark with no trouble.
