My Wife and I stopped in to look at trucks today. We met Salesman Steven Todle and explained what we were looking for and what price range. Steven was awesome, he showed us a couple of trucks that fit into what we were looking for. we ended up purchasing a nice GMCHD2500. Steven showed a genuine interest in helping us get just what we wanted. GREAT JOB STEVEN !!!!! I have bought many vehicles in the last 40 years and Steven and the Staff have a new loyal customer. My experience with Reliable has been fantastic. Phillip went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Then even after I had purchased my car and we found something we weren’t quite satisfied with he made sure it got fixed right up. Just went home today with an amazing 2009 Malibu Chevy. I want to thank Tristan Tanner so oh much! He was such a fun sweetheart to help me with the process. He worked well with me & my schedule. Even went out of his way to come in in his day off to drive me my car, also help me figure out thr Bluetooth system. He went above & beyond. If you plan on going here ask for him!
Wow! Seeing some of the bad reviews and remembering some of the things that happened during the ten plus years I worked there all I can say is if you aren't happy it's because you didn't give them the chance to make you happy! These guys are serious about customer satisfaction! They have great cars and great deals! Ask for Jeff Romans he helped get my daughter a much better car than I ever thought we could get her!

After having the toughest year my husband and I could think of my car broke down and we had to buy a new one. Brandon Wright was our sales rep and he did a phenomenal job! I have never had a car explained in so many ways to show us every part of the 2017 chevy Malibu and all it had to offer.
