I went into Reliable on Saturday afternoon with no intentions of buying a car; I didn’t think anything would work for me or my budget. Then Tanner Roberts introduced himself and he really went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. He and his managers worked incredibly hard to make a car work for me, and I eventually left with a 2017 Cruze. It was an overall great experience; thank-you to Tanner and his management team!
Jeff and his manager where phenomenal!!! They whole team was great. Emily reeled us in and she, was ALWAYS,every single call, so generous and so professional. She established a relationship with us that by the end of it all, she was just like our friend. Her and Jeff listened to my husband and I and got EXACTLY what we were looking for. Well I took my 2016 tracks to be serviced yesterday (Friday) morning. Told service department I was going out of state and will stop back in Saturday to pick it up. I called it 10:10 this morning (Saturday) to Get the total and was told the associate or who ever fad to go retrieve the ticket, he took my number and said he would call me back. It’s 1:00pm and I’m still waiting. They close at six and I will be rolling through about 6 or 8 to pick up my car. (Go figure)
I bought new a 2015 Colorado pickup truck. I've had nothing but problems lemon is a very good word to use. 11 recalls. Short in the radio don't work they want $600. Actuator for air conditioner from Dash to floor don't work . Seat fell apart at 20,000 miles two broken windshields out of the blue. headlights burn out a lot . have to take the whole front end off how to change headlight bulb. This review is specific to the service department. I had a person from the service department call me to schedule a fix on a recall on a Spark. I said I needed to review schedules with my wife and would call back. When I called back, I asked for the person I originally talked to but the person that answered said she could help me. I said I would need a loner car when I drop off the car in the morning before work. Buying? Please read: Garett (one of the sales manager) was pushy, rude and made my wife and I feel unintelligent when we left the dealership without buying. Dillon (sales rep) was awesome. Very relatable. Great clientele service. Issues (Damages) I found on my new 2017 Chevy Silverado LT (dents, small scratches etc) while waiting in my driveway for it to be legal to drive have still not been addressed or contacted me about them.
