Worst experience. Came in for my first oil change and tire rotation on my Chrysler 300 that I purchased from preowned. Appt was at 230. Took until 430 to find out they didn't do the rotation because their are tire locks on the vehicle that I didn't receive a key to. The vehicle was parked ready to go as I sat in their lobby for who knows how much longer than necessary.
