I had an amazing experience here! We started out looking at one type of car and I left with a newer car than I ever thought I could afford! There was no pressure to buy. It was a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Callahan Was my guy for the deal so let him be yours too!
Everybody was really nice. Answered all our questions and concerns. Phillip O. was the best, he really deserves 15 out of 10 stars. My sister is loving her car, like he said she would (and her new hat �). Thank you all for everything. It really has been one of the best experiences.
I bought my car at Riley Chevrolet in Jeff City and loved it, I moved to Springfield for college and figured Reliable Chevrolet would be “reliable” so I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. A day later, my check engine light came on and I was constantly smelling something burning. I took it to Riley Chevrolet in Jeff and they told me that whoever did my last oil change didn’t put the oil cap back on and that oil was leaking everywhere. One of our best interactions with buying a vehicle. Everyone there was extremely friendly. Jeff our sales associate was knowledgeable and gave us options. While Austin in finance was extremely quick and easy to work with. Will be returning here for our next upgrade! The Anthony family loves their new truck and appreciates all their hard work.
