Warning. Rant! So in December I bought a pre-certified used suv from Reliable Chevrolet. They had just gotten this Rouge in that day and it was trashed. However I liked the way it drove. After 6 hours of debating and questioning hey said that was my only option for my price range since I refused to put anything down. We normally don’t like salesman but our salesman Jessie Holman treated us very well and when we need another car, we will definitely use him again. He wasn’t pushy, he was easy to deal with and I highly recommend his services!
Tanner did such an amazing job from start to finish! It is so important to feel like you're buying a car from someone you can trust and feel like truly cares about you and not a sell! Definitely recommend coming here!!
LIARS AND SHYSTERS This is my 2nd and last dealing with Reliable (what a joke) service. I have had my vehicle in twice for the same problem. A.C. kicking on and off, first time I was in about $750. I was told both times by the same liar, Nick Shanders, he would call me at a certain time. He obviously can't tell time or the truth. Test drove a new trade in Jeep Cherokee a while back.The salesman said we needed gas so we drove to the gas station.I took the opportunity to look underneath and was missing the front wheels drive shaft.I told the salesman and he disagreed.After showing him he said to pull into their garage.I did and then he took off leaving my wife and I in a bfe back lot.Poor business and a lemon rig.I will never do business with them again.
I just bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic at Big Lot in Springfield. The salesman Jack Spencer was great he bent over backwards to get me exactly what I wanted. Thanks again Jack!!!
