Jack Spencer was a wonderful salesman. He helped me out a lot and was very patient with me changing my mind. He did everything he could to find the rights vehicle for me.
Jacob Marshal is the best, he went above and beyond to help us before and after we bought the car. He showed us how to work everything and told us if we had trouble not to hesitate to come by and he would help us. We had just returned from seeing our son graduate basic military training and we left his banner in the car. Jacob went out and looked for it for us called and asked if we knew where it was went back to our old car and found it. That meant a lot to us as we are proud of our son.
Great DEALERSHIP! Purchased our 2nd vehicle in less than a year. 1st my 2017 Silverado Diesel 3/4 ton duramax then today 2018 Equinox for the wife. We came back today for the 2nd purchase based on overhaul experience. I can't say enough about our professional sales manager Randy Parent! I recently visited Reliable to trade in my current vehicle for a used car. Jamie Getman was the sales person who assisted me and he made this a very easy experience! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Reliable and I was looking for something that would fit into my budget, but also wanted something with low mileage.
