My wife and I had a great experience at Reliable in Springfield. We had in mind what we wanted but our salesperson, Jonathan Ingle, did a great job of letting us move in the direction that led to the purchase of our new car. We were treated with the utmost respect and courteousy by Jonathan and by Austin in finance. It was our second consecutive purchase at Reliable and we had a very pleasing experience! It was superior.
Tristan Tanner is seriously THE BEST!!! He hooked me up with a 2012 Chrysler 200 for an unbeatable price! He made it his priority to make sure I had the right car and the right price- he stayed an hour later than he was supposed to, ran all over the place to get numbers, and answered all questions we had. Don't waste your time here. Go to a smaller town dealership, and you will get a awesome experience of buying a car. Here they have a high volume of foot traffic, which lets them low ball your trade, and mark up there inventory. They relie on the uneducated buyer.
Ernie was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was so patient with us while we decided what vehicle fit our family best. He stayed way beyond close, while we finished up all of our paperwork and made it possible for us to get exactly what we wanted. Thank you again!
I went in today honestly expecting to be told that I wasn't approved for a car. I kept telling myself to not get my hopes up. I got the pleasure of working with Tyler Nation. He was very personable, easy to work with, and made our time at the dealership enjoyable. I was able to walk away with a brand new car.
