The service department is terrible! Spent nearly 10 hours, TEN HOURS, over the course of 2 days, sitting in the waiting area, waiting on a repair that was supposed to be "just a couple of hours". The first two to three hours of my first visit was spent diagnosing the issue, which ended up being a single thermostat housing issue. The next three hours was spent fighting me, and the dealership I bought the car from, on warranty coverage. They refused to accept my warranty coverage of the repair even though it was clearly listed... read more
I worked with Jamie Getman to get me into a nice, reliable car. He was awesome and professional. It was great getting to work with him, as he was friendly and helpful.
I had such an amazing experience. My salesman, Glen B, was so personable. Never once did I feel pressured and he made sure to walk us through every step from test drive to driving off the lot with our new Equinox. I couldn’t have handpicked a better person to buy from. Our finance person was extremely helpful and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. If you’re looking to buy a new car... ask for Glen. You’ll walk away feeling like you made a new friend, not something you can typically say about salesmen.
RecommendedCannot believe how flexible and supportive the staff at Reliable have been with the cars I have bought there. Just traded in a Cavalier I bought there 16 years ago. The staff was great then and it’s great now. Ryan Burbridge was super knowledgeable as the sales rep and made sure he did whatever he could do to get me into the truck I wanted.

Just purchased a 2017 Nissan rogue. Tanner Roberts was our salesman he went out of his way to help us make our purchase with out being an overbearing salesperson unlike all my other past experiences with other salesman. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from him again.
My husband and I would recommend Jonathan Ingle, his trainee Glenn Brown, Asst. Manager Garrett and Brandon in finance. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We left Reliable Chevy with a new Spark and a very pleasant experience. We will be talking with them again in the future.
