my daughter was on the phone with a lady from the service department about why they had an apt at 10am Friday and it is 5pm Tuesday and nobody knows when the car will be ready. The lady actually laughed at her on the phone.. SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB TODAY! Our family and friends will not go back there, nor will we ever suggest anyone else does. nobody deserves such rude behavior!

A week ago we visited the dealership looking for a second vehicle, but not knowing exactly what we wanted.
