I will NEVER purchase any vehicle from Reliable Chevrolet. I was in the middle of purchasing a truck, and Byron, the sales manager in Springfield MO jacked up the price of $1,500 and REFUSED to come back down. When we talked to him to discuss, he said it didn't matter what he did to the price because since I was from out of state, Texas, that he could refuse to sale it to me anyway....I know Warren Buffett would not want his dealerships to have a reputation of fraudulent and trying to take advantage of people. Bought my first new car! George Beasley was awesome and very helpful. He called me after my purchase to see if I needed anything. He actually was new at Reliable but you would never of known it. Great people here! Extremely helpful staff! Tyler Nation was ours salesman, answered all of our questions and helped us find the right truck with what we were looking for and what we could afford. He made the process so easy and we appreciate him being so patient while we made some discussions with upgrades and selling our old truck while literally in the process of signing paperwork for the new truck! I am so glad we went to Reliable Chevrolet! I would highly recommend this place to a friend! Thank you again!
