After being referred here by Jefferson ER I was very hopeful, but when I came and asked about a different procedure he said live with your pain and left. I should have spent the money to get here to buy bolt cutters. They don’t make me wait an hr to be seen.
Visits were good did not address my concerns of hand being numb and fingers swollen, and cannot move. The rest too. Well was told this is normal. He had said that he fixed the bone and his job is done. Last time I checked he specializes in everything I had problems with and still having problems with now I’m going to a second hand specialist.
Dr Rekant did not fully explain outcome of 2 surgeries on my finger and refused to do any tests, such as MRI and ultrasound before or after the 2 surgeries.
Knowledgeable, good at listening and clearly well qualified. Happy to have him as my Dr.
Front desk worker inappropriately talked about other staff that was not there that day where all patients could here the conversation and was saying negative things about that person I sat there and felt horrible for the staff member that wasn’t even there that day I feel the front staff member should go through training on bullying and be disciplined on the comments she made in front of patients
It was a follow up to carpel tunnel surgery. He is very thorough and answers questions and concerns.
Would definitely recommend Dr Rekant to my family and friends
