I ordered bedroom furniture from Pottery Barn Teen on October 30th. I was given an original range of November 15 - November 28th for delivery. As of December 1, I hadn't heard from anyone in Customer Service for scheduling. I pulled up my email confirmation and the anticipated delivery date range changed. No call, no new email, just updated the date range without an alert. The delivery date range changed 3 times. I ordered a crib, toddler bed conversion kit and dresser on 11/27/20. When I ordered, it said the estimated delivery would be Dec 3-7. We were expecting to move on Dec 11th, so I entered the shipping address as my then current address since we would still be at that address at the estimated delivery time. We were given a delivery window for the first week of November and were told the late delivery date was due to the ***** pandemic. Pottery barn has been the worst company in regards to customer service. I recently purchased a Catalina dresser for my daughter. When it was delivered via the White Glove service the delivery company mentioned they would not install the knobs on the dresser because they break very easy and did not want to be responsible for this issue. I installed the knobs myself and when I tried to open the dresser the knobs came flying off. I have tried repeadtly to install only to encounter the same issue. Ordered a multi-part package on Nov. 30th. One portion of the package came on time as it should but the other portion just never came. It was in stock when I ordered. No email or phone call from the company to tell me what happened. I finally email them and I'm told it will be Feb. 22 or later until it ships! Pottery Barn Kids doesnt allow people to leave reviews on their website for a reason. I have experienced the worst customer service ever. I ordered a glider and ottoman in July with expected delivery end of November to beginning of December. I called and initiated a delivery date of December 17. I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Rejuvenation. I ordered a dresser back in August and STILL have not received it. I was contacted about delivery a few weeks after I placed my order and the delivery date was scheduled for Friday, October 16th. I wasted an entire day waiting for the dresser to arrive. Then when the dresser did not arrive, I checked the tracking feature and it said my delivery was "cancelled." This very expensive retail outlet let me down this Christmas. I had ordered an item which was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Dec. 23 I received notice by email that the item would not arrive in time for Christmas (the notification was supposedly so I could select something else or apply for a refund _TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS DURING A PANDEMIC!) This is crappy service. Don't promise what you cannot deliver.
