If you have lipoedema, you don't want to be getting your MLDs from someone that doesn't know what they're doing. Prudencia is professional, well trained in dealing with lipoedema and lymphedema patients, as well as those that need their post-op MLDs, which are vital for correct recovery. Prudencia is very knowledgeable and I felt safe in her hands straight away after having surgery abroad. I booked a course of 5 sessions with her a looked forward to each one knowing how much better my swelling would be and also in turn how much better I would feel recovery wise afterwards. Pru is a very caring lady who is passionate about what she does. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing lymphatic draining massages.
I’ve been having regular lymphatic drainage massages by Prudencia after having a tummy tuck and lipo and the surgeon recommended 7-10 massages to help with the swelling. Prudencia is fantastic at what she does, she is not only professional and skilled in her field, but also kind and compassionate. I’m so happy I found Pru and if you are struggling with swelling, I’d highly recommend her.
Amazing results from my lymphatic drainage massage and scar therapy. I went originally for the lymphatic drainage but also had some unexpected results too. My hip and knee were painful and I had no movement or strength in my hip at all. The very next day my hip had stopped hurting altogether and my knee pain was much reduced. We talked about scar therapy, which I hadn't heard of, and incorporated that on my second visit. My hip now has full mobility. Thank you so much! XXX
I reached out to Pru following surgery for lipoedema. I booked a block of 5 manual lymphatic drains to help with my recovery. The difference from when I first visited her to now is HUGE! I can’t thank Pru enough for everything she’s done for me! She’s very passionate about her work and it shows in everything she does. She’s extremely knowledgeable and a great person. Cannot recommend her enough for anything lipoedema / lymphedema related :)
