Great and timely service!
Engineer tried to be sneaky and charge me a crazy amount above the call out fee for “expertise” (meaning - determining and informing me of the problem. What’s a call out fee then?) - he spent 15 minutes here & didn’t fix anything. His “expertise” then quoted above £600 to fix our electrical water heater. Turns out he just switched off the fuse & said there was an issue with cabling.
