Best selection, biggest store, awesome architecture. Busy and expensive but that's too be expected, it's REI
We are REI fans and regular customers. We went to the Seattle store today planning to buy new bikes for my husband and daughter. Despite being the only customers in the Dept and there being several staff members chatting among themselves, no one spoke to them or asked if they needed help. Then the staff walked out of the area. Unbelievable.
