RecommendedExceptional customer service.
I do enjoy shopping at REI but my friend just had a horrendous experience at the Eugene store. The customer service she recieved was subpar to the point she broke out in tears and left the store full of embarrassment. I usually talk highly of the staff but her experience infuriates me. We won't be going back there, that's for sure.

Thanks REI Eugene for hosting an overnight camping trip to Mt. Pisgah! It was our first time camping with our 14 month old so we were nervous but it was great! Wayne was awesome and had everything we needed, especially BACON! Would definitely do this again!

Have to say.. I love this store!!!!
Bought my Electra Cruiser bike there July 1 , 2017. Like my bike. It has a clicking noise and slip in there Crank Hub. I took it back for Warranty check up and explained to bike tech what it was doing. He said he tightened it up and all good to go along with other one year warranty work performed. I got it home and same ole click and slip in Pedal Crank hub. I took it back again July 2nd 2018 and this time had to drop it off waiting for inspection/repair under warranty.
