These guys are incredible, even with huge crowds in the shoe department, spent plenty of time and thoughts with a novice (me) on hiking boot choices! You are the bomb REI!
Went to REI flagship store as a destination. Had an nice lunch, took my kids rock climbing in the store and found some awesome outdoor gear!
A group of 20 of us went up, 12 climbers, ages 5 to mid 50s. The group climb was a blast! The instructors were very personable and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back up and shop the REI store, so much to discover! Many thanks for a fantastic experience!
Awesome to the tenth power! I took my grandson so he could climb. He's 12. It was incredible for him. He went twice, attempting 4 routes and succeeding at 3. He wanted to go again but other people were stacking up in line. Very nice store and REI is synonymous with quality.
Excellent. The store is beautiful and the service was perfect. Prices are higher than I normally pay but I know REI's return policy and the quality of the product is outstanding, so every bit worth it.
