Just visited the downtown Seattle location and was helped by Nick, a sales manager. He personalized my experience, handle my asks, and went overall above and beyond. He is the definition of how to 'wow' the customer. I've worked in retail management for 10+ years and have yet to meet someone so great. He deserves a promotion! Keep hiring people like Nick, that's one reason you will always be my go to store!

All REI stores are great but if your in a Seattle you have to visit the Mothership and spend time shopping and I love the displays.
So frustrated with the customer service. I was sent the wrong item not once, but twice. My item, which they charged to my credit card, is still missing. They said they can't credit me back until I ship back the wrong items. They are literally holding my refund hostage until I correct their mistakes. No apologies, no remorse from REI for the inconvenience. One week out and still waiting for shipping labels to send back the pants so I can get my money back. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
Happy to hear you have pulled out from the OR in Utah, now if you can just support the Water Protectors at #StandingRock and across Turtle Island. you need to divest from US Bank, who is invested in the Dakota Access Pipeline.
