Sad your flagship store is full of rude people! Redmond is much nicer! Guy working the shoes wasn't even going to bother to double check for a size that the Redmond store checked they had for me! He didn't even bother to come see if people needed help because he was too busy talking to the other female worker!
Monica in the women's shoes area and Joshua in the Watch area were both superb examples of terrific customer service. I was there on a crowded Sunday afternoon and they both were calm and cool under pressure and especially helpful to me. Thanks!

Awesome store! Large selection. They even have a climbing pinnacle!
I called 20 minutes prior to arriving to check the stock on an item and have them hold it for me. I arrived and had to wait another 40 minutes for them to find the item. Unorganized and I am not satisfied at all.
Waterfall and treehouse. Enough said! ❤️this place.
Holy crap! I ordered a couple items yesterday midday. Got home from work today and there they were. I guess it helps that I live 15 minutes from the flagship store.
