We have been using Regus for our business for several years and recently moved to a smaller office at their Welwyn Garden City location. While I must say the local staff on-site are friendly and do their best, the overall management and maintenance standards from Regus as a company are completely unacceptable. We were charged £845 + VAT as a "restoration fee" after moving out of our previous office — an outrageous and unjustified amount with no clear explanation or breakdown. It feels like a money grab. The people who work there are friendly but this Regus has been a total disappointment, the hot water for drinks has been out of order for almost a year, wash rooms are not maintenaned well and hygiene level is to a very poor standard.
I've had a work space at Regus WGC for the past five months, and it's a great. Everybody is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ross and Demi are always about to help with any issues. All-round great place to work.
