Avoid this place. It is a nightmare to get your deposit back once your rental finishes. The branch managers are helpful when you speak to them but they have zero control regarding your account. I have a small deposit of about £590 and it has been more than 2 months of waiting for it to be paid back to me. My rental finished on 31 March and there have been lots of emails and calls, but no actual date for releasing my deposit.
