The air-conditioning is broken with no apparent plans to fix it, and the windows are unopenable. This means the offices are currently bordering on uninhabitable, with a current room temperature of 30'C.
Absolument terrible experience. I ask to extend my room booking for 60mn more,,impossible to do online...they said me to not worries about this hour. But when left. 75 additional pounds has been chargé.. so at least 100 for 2 hours in a cold small meeting room . Worst, when I came to ask...reply was..sorry..it s the system. Service is even worst than the fact to pay 100pounds for this 2h meeting !!
