Good location and transport links, good facilities. Shame about the parking situation (found difficult to locate and gain access). Coffee machine was nice to see and cheap, but challenging to operate and not very nice coffee.
The front door to the Centre is closed and there’s a little poster with directions to the back door. You get to the back door and there’s a poster saying you’re in the wrong place. You call the centre and there’s no answer. You call Regus and there’s no answer. You check your credit card and they’ve charged you for the booking anyway. You email them asking to refund the charge and they don’t reply.
Overall lovely office and management are very helpful. Sam Carr in particular is very helpful and always around when you need support. Would definitely recommend.
