It’s ok parking is just a money making scheme otherwise I would have scored higher! Don’t see why you are charged to park to see a company that works out of here!
I wouldn't use this service again. Not fit for purpose. Would go for other more reliable services like my registered address which has given us no problems compared to this company.
Our experience in Regus was extremely poor. During the winter months, there was no heating, making it uncomfortable and unworkable at times. The air conditioning was also broken and never repaired, even after repeated complaints. Cleanliness was another major issue — the smell as you walk in. To make matters worse, customer service was consistently unhelpful, and the reception staff were often unpleasant and dismissive. It felt like tenants' concerns were simply ignored.
