Lovely experience visiting this building, especially Bijay behind the desk, who was super helpful!
I had an excellent experience at Regus Richmond. The offices are spacious, bright and clean. The venue has excellent transport links and is just opposite the train station. Most importantly, the staff have been very pleasant and welcoming, particularly Bijay . I highly recommend this venue.
Avoid totally. Phone system doesn’t work and no assistance given. They are moving out and therefore don’t want to spend any money on infrastructure. Dropped rates massively to try and make up for this and still not worth it! Had to leave because the phone system doesn’t work and have no assistance in four months staff on sick leave because of Toxic culture. Very sad as was clear once a well run operation
I made an enquiry and changed my mind after half an hour, got 4 missed calls and WhatsApp message, answered the phone and told him I’ve changed my mind. He rudely mocked me that I changed my mind , sarcastic rude person, put me off completely from Regus. I will never use them.
