The worst office experience I’ve ever had. I am extremely disappointed with the service. Every month, they charge extra fees without explanation. It’s frustrating and feels dishonest. Communication is poor, and there’s no accountability. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Thank you
Avoid Regus at all costs! I signed up for a flexible co-working membership at the Leeds Thorpe Park location, which has now permanently closed—yet Regus still insists on locking me into another full year of payments despite me not using the service in over a year. Their auto-renewal policy is an absolute scam—they conveniently don’t remind you until it’s too late, then claim they “can’t do anything” to cancel, even though it’s obviously just a few clicks on their end. Stay away from, Regus they are trying to charge us £600 for someone to go in to the office we are leaving and clean, basically vac the floor wipe down the desks and phones. This company is disgusting and have alot of hidden charges that they don't inform you about. Stay away from Regus In response - so whats happened is a ticket has been raised which will be ignored and all we will get is "it's in the terms and conditions" repeated to us over and over again.
