Receptionists are useless I had an appointment on the 05/08/25 and asked them before hand if I need to put my reg number down for parking and they said it was free if you have an appointment here a couple days later I had been fined 60 pounds and decided to call the receptionist and they said they let all people know that it’s only 30 minutes free when they did not tell me this on the day of my appointment very unprofessional
Good offices to let facility available near Heathrow airport. The reception staff is terrible.
