Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged double (£25 + £30), and when I tried to resolve the issue, I got nowhere. The Gloucester site wasn’t able to help, invoicing and didn’t answer the phone, and then I was just sent back to Gloucester again... If you book as a guest, you can’t even raise a ticket to address problems. The workspace itself wasn‘t nice.
