I visited a client at this office today and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. Upon arrival, I encountered an unhelpful and obstructive receptionist who seemed more focused on enforcing arbitrary rules than assisting visitors. Their attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, making what should have been a straightforward visit unnecessarily difficult. One of the worst place to have office and worst customer services respresnter Ambrin at Interchange house. I tired to call you serveral times but landline is on vm all the time. I tired to contact regus costumer services even no support from them. We had a office for 1 year and when it time to leave the office they separately charged £250 on the name restoration fees which i dont understant till now whats a purpose of it and on top of that they charged us £450 as cleaning fees which was just 2 tables office.
