I would strongly warn anyone considering taking office space with Regus / IWG. When I joined, the sales rep reassured me that there were no hidden charges. Yet now, at the end of my agreement, I have been hit with a “Restoration/Exit Fee” that was never disclosed upfront. This so-called fee is buried in pages of small print and applied automatically, regardless of the condition of the office.
